My name is Jenna (me on the left) and it's an absolute pleasure to "meet" you! A little about me! I am Canadian and currently live in Canada full-time.
I have spent my life learning different dualities of medicine. This has brought me to many amazing countries throughout the World. I have had the privilege of formal education in Naturopat

I have spent my life learning different dualities of medicine. This has brought me to many amazing countries throughout the World. I have had the privilege of formal education in Naturopathic Medicine in Paris, France. Chinese Medicine in China. Herbal Medicine in Costa Rica. Balinese Traditional + Complementary Medicine in Bali. Western Medicine, Cognitive Psychology and Biochemistry in Canada.
I hold various certificates in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Professional Health and Wellness Coach, Sexuality/Intimacy Intuitive Therapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and more...
So yes, I have the fancy paperwork on the walls and the credentials behind my name. But that is not the most important thing you need to know. After all this global education in Medicine, I have come to one conclusive thought.
Medicine/Health is NOT one size fits all!!! And my approach does not fit inside any of the traditional boxes North America has built.
Humans are complex beings with many factors that affect our health. "Healthy" is subjective based on who you are. Being "Healthy" is not defined as being slim, running 10km daily, and having perfect skin. Society should NOT define how we look, feel, or live our lives. It comes from within and is defined by the individual and their heart.
I created this retreat years ago in the amazing location of Bali, Indonesia, for a reason. The environment itself is magical! If you allow yourself to drop the expectations of our Western life, you will learn more about yourself than being in therapy for years! Add a bit of spice with some amazing Traditional Healers and a once in a lifetime experience will be had!

Luxury Accommodation at Villa Madu, retreat has exclusive use of space. (Private pools, full kitchen, relaxation areas, gazebos, yoga pavilion) Located in central Ubud. Walking distance from popular destinations such as Monkey Forest, Royal Palace, Shops and Restaurants. Two participants per room: Luxury Linens, Single Bed with Canopy D

Wifi is available all throughout the Retreat Property and is good quality (Zoom, Facetime, Video Chatting is possible)
Food: Private onsite chef with ability to meet dietary requirements. Retreat includes full family style sit down Breakfast and Dinner. Kitchen will be stocked for lunch/snack options. Retreat has two “off days” where scheduled dinner will not be provided, guests are welcome to provided foods in Kitchen for dinner. We encourage guests to go on adventures during this time away from the Villa.

Guides: The retreat has exclusive access to three professional guides at all times during the retreat duration. These guides will be able to provide transportation, advice and guiding services for our participants at their request during the free time during our retreat.

Daily Activities: Planned activities/outings during the retreat duration include: Meditation, Yoga, Cooking School, Orphanage Tour/Activity, Temple Tours, Ocean Adventure Day, Ocean Purification Ceremony with Balinese Healers, Healing Ceremony with Balinese Healers, Dinner Celebrations, Fire Dance, Holy Rice Fields, Monkey Temple, Water Purification Temple/Ceremony. Group healing activities that promote living in the moment and blending the beautiful culture of Bali with our North American lifestyle.
Spa Services: We are pleased to offer a private onsite Balinese Spa for our retreat guests enjoyment. Guests are welcome to book massages, flower baths, reflexology, and facials. These services are inclusive in the retreat price.
Photography: Photographs will be provided of your retreat participation, so you have lasting memories of this amazing experience.
Not Included in retreat cost: Flight Cost, Health Insurance, Alcoholic Beverages, Activities arranged with our guides outside of retreat (Example: Guests chooses to go ATVing through the jungle. Our guides will arrange transportation and accompany you (included), however you are responsible for the additional cost to the ATV Company). Food costs outside of Retreat (Example: Guest chooses to have breakfast/lunch/dinner at outside restaurant, this is not included). Laundry services are available at a neighboring property to the retreat (Estimate $10 for a full load). Tipping and Gratuity is encouraged at the end of the retreat and is completely at the discretion of the participant.
Price: Retreat cost is $2500 Canadian Dollars. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is due upon registration. If deposit is not received your space will be released and you will need to re-register based on availability.
Final balance is due 30 days before retreat start date.
Payments: Following Provincial law regarding hosting a Destination Retreat. All finances are completed through our TICO Registered Travel Agency: Ashok Travel Ltd. Located in Toronto, Ontario.
